Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we can't change the shipping address or method.

Every piece is made for you, so cancellations aren't possible once

production starts. Please double-check your info before hitting submit. If you're stuck, email us ASAP and we'll see what we can do.

Lost or Damaged Orders.

If your order goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right —no stress,no runarounds.
